• Health data: records describing the condition of your teeth, gums and mouth, X-rays, treatment history, allergies and medication taken. This data is collected only with the patient\u2019s consent, when the patient seeks treatment.
• Billing data: data needed to issue invoices and payment history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, time of visit to the website and other data collected using cookies (see the "Cookies" section).

• Providing dental treatment services and maintaining a secure treatment history.
• Contacting you about your visit, enquiry or treatment plan.
• Issuing invoices and settling with the territorial patient fund.

Your data is not shared with third parties, except in the following cases: the territorial patient fund, when prosthetics are reimbursed from the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund; the dental laboratory that manufactures prostheses or crowns; and the supervisory institutions of the Ministry of Health, as required by law. We work with all data processors under GDPR-compliant agreements.

The retention period for medical records is set by the Ministry of Health. Other information is kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the stated purposes or as required by law.
