1. Who is the data controller

2. What data we collect
We process the following categories of personal data:
- Contact information: first name, surname, phone number, email address, the treatment you select and your preferred appointment time, when you get in touch about a visit or ask a question through the contact form.
- Health data: records describing the condition of your teeth, gums and mouth, X-rays, treatment history, allergies and medication taken. This data is collected only with the patient\u2019s consent, when the patient seeks treatment.
- Billing data: data needed to issue invoices and payment history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, time of visit to the website and other data collected using cookies (see the "Cookies" section).
3. What we use the data for
- Providing dental treatment services and maintaining a secure treatment history.
- Contacting you about your visit, enquiry or treatment plan.
- Issuing invoices and settling with the territorial patient fund.
- Meeting legal obligations (tax and the retention of medical records).
- Improving how the website works and providing relevant information.
4. Legal basis
We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The main bases are: your consent, the performance of a treatment contract, legal obligations (for example, the retention of medical records) and the legitimate interests of the clinic.
5. Who we share data with
Your data is not shared with third parties, except in the following cases: the territorial patient fund, when prosthetics are reimbursed from the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund; the dental laboratory that manufactures prostheses or crowns; and the supervisory institutions of the Ministry of Health, as required by law. We work with all data processors under GDPR-compliant agreements.
With your analytics consent, data is also sent to the analytics providers described in section 7. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form against abuse.
6. How long we keep data
The retention period for medical records is set by the Ministry of Health. Other information is kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the stated purposes or as required by law.
7. Cookies
We load Google Analytics 4 / Vercel Web Analytics only after you allow analytics. These providers receive website usage and technical visit data. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies.
We measure page views, clinic phone and email link clicks, and successfully sent contact enquiries. For website performance, we send only the CLS, LCP and INP metric name, value, measurement identifier, rating and navigation type. We do not send form fields or the selected treatment; we remove the service parameter and fragment from analytics page URLs.
We remember your choice in this browser’s local storage for 180 days. Analytics scripts do not load before a choice or after rejection. If the choice cannot be saved, analytics remains off. Google Analytics cookies can last up to 2 years.
Change your choice using “Analytics settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future measurements, removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies. Data already transmitted is not automatically deleted. Essential contact-form protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) operates independently of your analytics choice.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- request access to your data;
- ask for your data to be corrected or erased;
- restrict the processing of your data;
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent given earlier;
- lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
